Why Christie

Big-brand experience. On your side.

The world’s biggest brands spend billions figuring out why people buy and what makes them willing to pay more. I’ve spent my career working with these brands in nearly a dozen industries, helping oversee nearly half a trillion dollars in research and advertising.

Working with premium brands like Bugatti and Ritz-Carlton gave me access to insights most businesses could never afford. I learned how small details can make a brand feel more valuable, and how almost any business can put those insights to work without spending a dime.

I’ve worked inside top ad agencies and managed them as a client, with campaigns featured on the Olympics and multiple Super Bowls. I know how to get more from your team and the agencies you hire.

My work helped General Motors achieve its best sales month in 20 years and earned me the company’s highest recognition twice. I was also honored to serve as an Effie Awards judge, where marketing is evaluated on the business results it delivers rather than how impressive the ads look.

For the past decade I've brought that experience to dentistry, working with practices, manufacturers, and education leaders to improve their marketing and grow.

I’m a StoryBrand certified guide and marketing expert. I'm not an agency. I don’t sell ads, SEO, or websites. I’m on your side, helping you attract more patients who choose quality over price.

Why this Work
is Personal

My cousin, Erika had struggled with addiction for years and worked incredibly hard to get clean. She had also struggled with her teeth for a long time and needed full-arch dentistry.

Even though our family had connections in the dental industry that could have made treatment affordable, she found the whole process completely overwhelming. She had already worked so hard to put her life back together, and getting her teeth fixed was one more thing she had to figure out.

We later lost Erika to suicide. I will never fully understand what she was going through, and I would never pretend that fixing her smile would have saved her life. But sometimes I wonder what it might have meant for her to laugh without covering her mouth or smile in a family picture without worrying about her teeth. I wish she had gotten to experience those simple things, and more than anything, I wish we’d had more time with her.

I think about Erika when I think about all the people who need life-changing dentistry but don’t know where to begin. I wish I could help every one of them find the right dentist. Someone who will take the time to understand what they’re going through, guide them through the process, and help them get their smile back so they can feel like themselves again.

Creating marketing so patients can connect with the right doctor is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
